Product Care for Your Bed
Bedding Care Instructions
We are proud to be carrying and advocating for long-lasting and sustainable products. With proper caring, our products will keep you comfortable for a very long time.
Explore this guide to learn how to clean and care for your beddings.
Down Duvets
We recommend using a breathable duvet cover, as the cover is
much easier to clean than the duvet itself. Proper care will maintain the
product quality and prolong its service life.
Your duvet may seem a bit flat when you first unpack it. You
can gently shake it a few times and lay it flat to restore its fluffiness. To
re-fluff the duvet after use, you can hang the duvet outside on a sunny day to
air it out as need, though please keep it out of direct sunlight.
We recommend using the duvet with the DOWNMARK label facing
the side. Even though there are flaps between baffle boxes to prevent the down
from shifting, using the duvet in the correct orientation will help maintain
the duvet in the long run.
To remove stains on the duvet, spot clean with mild soap.
Rinse the affected area with water and dry thoroughly.
If necessary, only take the duvet to a reputable commercial
laundry for professional cleaning. Washing the duvet at home may damage the
down within.
Down Pillows
We recommend using a breathable pillowcase or protector to
minimize cleaning of the pillow insert.
When cleaning is necessary, spot clean is preferred;
however, if the entire pillow require cleaning, we recommend the following:
- Machine washing 1 or 2 pillows only in delicate or gentle cycle.
- Wash with gentle soap and cold water.
- Add an extra rinse cycle to ensure complete soap removal.
- Dry in low heat until complete dryness. Add additional dry cycles, if necessary, with hand fluffing between cycles. The use of dryer balls is preferred.
Each washer and dryer model may perform differently. If in
doubt, we suggest taking the pillow(s) to a commercial laundry for professional
cleaning.

To clean the entire comforter, place the duvet into a large
machine and wash on a gentle cycle in cold water with a small amount of mild
liquid detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry in low heat with dryer balls.
